Abstract: 

Introduction: Long-term clinical evaluation of dental implants and their surrounding structures is of utmost importance to acquire knowledge about reasons for implant success and failure.However, accurate and reproducible results are difficult to obtain. The aim of the present study was to examine bone height around endosseous implants on digital conventional radiographs (DCR) and direct digital subtraction images (DSI) prior to loading.Materials and methods: In this experimental study, bone height around 10 implants in 6 patients was assessed by 2 observers. Standardized digital radiographs were obtained just a week and 3 months postoperatively and subtracted by means of EMAGO software. Then the observers evaluated bone height on DCRs and DSIs. MINITAB software and paired t-test were used for statistical analysis (a=0.05).Results: Comparative evaluation of bone height indicated significantly higher values on DCR than on DSI (p value=0.002). The observers also had statistically significant variability in this assessment (p value=0.00003).Conclusion: DSI demonstrated lower values of linear measurement of bone height around endosseous implants compared with DCR. Interobserver variability should be considered when comparing values from follow-up studies.

Abstract: 

According to digital entrrepreneurship growth and efficiency of open innovation and moreover a lack of systematic literature research in this regard, it is crucial to know what factors influence on open innovation in digital entrepreneurship context, particularly from researchers’ and practitioners’ perspectives. The study is applied research from the purpose perspective and descriptive-survey from data collection perspective. This qualitative research has conducted in two phases; First phase is Meta synthesis method and the data collection tools are previous document including 43 study and analysed through open coding. In the second phase, the interview protocol was made according to first phase findings. Subsequently the factors influencing open innovation in digital entrepreneurship particularly in Iran were identified. The second phase statistical society are digital entrepreneurship practitioners which has been interviewed with 10 person and data analysed through open, axial and selective coding. As an outcome of the two phases, we have achieved four factors, including the environment, individual characteristics, business capabilities and strategic activities and their indicators.

Abstract: 

Objective This study aims to identify and analyze the role of digital platforms in improving business processes, data management, and communications. It thoroughly examines the direct and indirect impacts of digital platforms on organizational structures and business performance to find how digital technologies can facilitate innovation and contribute to the development of new business models development. It also seeks to explore the challenges and opportunities they present for organizations. Focusing on a specific digital framework, this study investigates how digital platforms are utilized at different organizational levels to enhance productivity and efficiency in work processes. Additionally, it tries to comprehend how organizations can benefit from the innovative opportunities created by advancements in digital technology, emphasizing how these opportunities can be leveraged to improve customer interactions and marketing strategies.   Methodology This research employs the Delphi method to identify and analyze key drivers. The Delphi method is a systematic technique used to collect and align expert opinions through multiple rounds of questionnaires without direct interaction among participants. This approach enables the researcher to gather comprehensive data from various experts and perform deeper, more impartial analyses. Additionally, the study uses the MIC-MAC analytical software to assess the influence and interdependencies among the identified drivers. MIC-MAC is a powerful tool for mapping interactions and determining the level of influence and dependency between various elements in a system. By the use of this technique, the research provides a dynamic map of the drivers, helping to pinpoint key areas for intervention and optimization. Furthermore, the study employs trend analysis and intuitive forecasting methods to gain a deeper understanding of future trends and uncertainties. This part of the research focuses on environmental and economic changes that could significantly affect businesses. Through intuitive analysis, the study aims to predict complex market shifts and business environments that influence strategic decision-making in organizations.   Findings The findings of this study highlight the pivotal role of digital platforms in accessing big data and conducting intelligent data analyses. These platforms enable organizations to process raw data more effectively and leverage advanced techniques such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to extract actionable insights. This process, in turn, promotes the development of sustainable and innovative business models that improve efficiency and profitability. Additionally, adaptability and flexibility in responding to digital technological changes are recognized as crucial factors for leveraging innovative opportunities. Organizations that can swiftly adopt and implement new technologies can compete effectively in the market and maintain their leadership positions. This flexibility helps organizations stay competitive and enhances their ability to respond to evolving customer needs and expectations. The findings also indicate that the integration of digital technologies with business strategies can drive the development of innovative products and services tailored specifically to meet customer satisfaction.   Conclusion This research highlights the significance of developing digital capabilities and creating resilient, flexible business models in the digital age. The results demonstrate that to achieve success in the modern business landscape, organizations must implement strategies that not only enable them to respond swiftly to technological changes but also empower them to leverage these changes to create sustainable competitive advantages. This study can provide guidance for decision-makers and business managers on optimizing operations and enhancing internal efficiency through big data and intelligent analysis. Effective use of advanced technologies can help organizations gain new insights into their target markets and identify business opportunities that previously seemed unattainable. Additionally, it highlights the need for continuous education and development of human resources to ensure that employees can adapt to and effectively utilize new technologies. This requires fostering a culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning at all organizational levels, enabling employees to grow in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Abstract: 

 Aim and Introduction:The priority of current economic activities is to formulate production plans and macroeconomic policies based on relative advantages. Understanding the relative advantages of countries enables them to optimize resource allocation and concentrate on industries with significant potential to enhance the value added to their production. This approach fosters sustainable economic growth, strengthens economic integration, and boosts global competition in international trade. Relative advantage refers to the production of goods based on economic efficiency, aimed at reducing costs and the overall price of products. This concept applies to importing necessary items that are either not produced domestically, are economically unfeasible to manufacture, or are in high demand from other countries at a lower cost. In addition to maximizing the productivity of production factors and focusing on both actual and potential expertise, dividing labor and participating in the international value production chain can lead to greater prosperity.Innovations and digital sciences form the foundation of advanced technologies and knowledge essential for economic activities, particularly in developing countries. These innovations enable nations to achieve competitive advantages, especially through acquired relative advantages. Innovation in products, on one hand, boosts production and reduces dependence on imports. On the other hand, the surplus of products in global markets leads to an increase in per capita income, which consequently results in a rise in the import of goods. With innovation and the adoption of new technologies, the path to achieving competitive advantages becomes clear and practical. MethodologyIn this research, multivariate regression analysis is employed to examine the impact of innovation and digital currency on imports in selected countries from 2013 to 2021. The analysis utilizes the generalized method of moments with panel data, which allows for the simultaneous incorporation of time series and cross-sectional data in the model estimation. Data is extracted from databases such as the World Bank and analyzed using EViews 12 to calculate and estimate the coefficients of the variables. Results and DiscussionThe innovation sub-index, which includes inputs such as institutions, human capital and research, infrastructure, and market sophistication, has a positive and significant effect on imports in all instances. The development and expansion of competitive markets serve as the foundation for the establishment and operation of private sector productive forces. These markets drive supply and demand, ultimately influencing production, which is a crucial factor in fostering positive changes in imports. As markets become more sophisticated, institutions play a dynamic role as economic drivers within the production sector. By enacting supportive legislation, providing loans, and offering appropriate assistance, these institutions enhance production based on relative advantages. Consequently, this leads to an increase in surplus production in global markets, resulting in higher income. This, in turn, positively impacts the growth of imports.The estimated coefficient of digital currency is positive but very small (close to zero) and negligible. This indicates that merchants still prefer to pay for expenses, purchases, and imports using cash, digital money, or credit. Consequently, the adoption of digital currency is unlikely to be a significant or effective factor in influencing imports.The level of business sophistication has a significant negative relationship with imports. As training and skills of human resources improve, along with advancements in research, innovation, and creativity, new innovations and products are developed. Consequently, this reduces dependence on foreign countries, leading to a decrease in imports.The exchange rate estimation coefficient is negative and significant in all cases. This indicates that, according to economic realities, the exchange rate has an inverse relationship with imports. When the exchange rate increases, the cost of imported products rises, leading to a decrease in imports. Conversely, the estimation coefficient for Trade Freedom demonstrates a positive and significant effect on imports. By engaging in integrated world trade and accepting the elimination of minimum tariff and non-tariff barriers, countries can participate in the value production chain, enhance specialization, and promote the division of labor, ultimately resulting in increased imports.The formation of gross fixed capital has a positive and significant effect on imports in all cases. Capital goods produced domestically—through the enhancement and transfer of technology and its application in industries via new investments—have led to reduced costs, improved quality, and lower prices for domestic products. By increasing production and sales to foreign markets, this creates income that further drives imports.

Abstract: 

Digitalization is emerging as a key factor in transforming production processes and innovation in agriculture, particularly in the realm of digital agriculture. This research analyzes the trends in innovation management within digital agriculture. Its objective is to identify patterns, opportunities, and research threats in this field. To achieve this, published data from the Scopus database from 2000 to 2025 has been examined. The bibliometric tool VOSviewer version 1. 6. 20 was used for data analysis. In this study, 1, 247 articles were selected as the statistical population. Based on the results, the number of articles published in this area has been continuously increasing, with approximately 49. 4% of the articles published in the period from 2020 to 2025. This study also identifies the main keywords in this field, showing that “precision agriculture, ” with 62 occurrences and a connection strength of 160, holds the highest significance. Four main clusters have been identified, including emerging technologies in agriculture, sustainability and climate change, digital economy, and innovation and entrepreneurship. The United States and the United Kingdom are recognized as the primary countries for scientific research and innovation, while China and India have emerged as active players in this domain. The results of this research emphasize the necessity for increased investment in new technologies and the development of effective strategies to advance digital agriculture and achieve sustainability.

Abstract: 

Objective: Today, businesses need to leverage new technologies and embrace digital transformation in various processes to maintain and enhance their competitive advantage. Improving digital innovation performance, as one of the most critical factors for organizational success, not only boosts productivity and efficiency but also enhances their ability to respond to environmental changes. This is especially crucial in situations where technological advancements and market shifts occur rapidly. Moreover, aligning with digital transformations and having the necessary readiness to face these changes are among the key concerns of business leaders. To achieve successful digital innovation, businesses must focus not only on digital technologies and infrastructure but also on factors such as human capital's digital skills and competencies. Skilled employees with digital competencies can effectively utilize new technologies and implement digital innovations within the organizational framework. In this regard, the present study aims to examine the impact of digital readiness on the digital innovation performance of businesses. Additionally, this research considers the moderating role of employees' digital competencies in this relationship. In other words, we believe that digital readiness alone cannot improve digital innovation performance, and the skills and competencies of the workforce, as a moderating variable, play a decisive role in the success of this process. Method: The current research is practical in terms of purpose and seeks to provide solutions to improve the performance of digital innovation in organizations, especially in the field of insurance companies. In this regard, this study is defined as a quantitative research based on the nature of the research. Research is usually conducted to measure relationships between observations and data analysis, which in this case is also used for the relationship between digital and digital innovation performance. According to the method of data collection, this research is a descriptive-correlation type of research. In correlation research, the main goal is to investigate international relations and determine their intensity and direction. In this study, the relationship between digital and digital innovation performance has been investigated, and the moderating role of digital competence has also been reviewed. The statistical population of this research includes all new business insurance companies. This company is owned by Tejarat Bank, Iran Post Bank and several other shareholders and is one of the many insurance companies in Iran. The total number of people in this company is 497, which is considered as a statistical population. To select the statistical sample, a simple random sampling method was used and 100 people were selected as a sample. This sampling method has been used in order to make it possible to generalize the results and reduce biases. The data collection tool in this research was an online questionnaire, which was created to facilitate access and increase the speed of information collection among users. The questionnaire included questions for digital measurement, digital competence, and digital innovation performance. After data collection, data analysis was done using two powerful statistical software, namely Smart PLS 4 and SPSS. Smart PLS software was used for structural equation modeling, allowing researchers to examine complex relationships between latent and observed variables. SPSS software was used for descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. Results: The results of data analysis show the confirmation of the main and sub-hypotheses of the research. First, the main hypothesis of the research, which examined the impact of digital readiness  dimensions on the performance of digital innovation with the moderating role of employees' digital competence, was confirmed in a meaningful way. This finding indicates that the digital readiness of organizations alone cannot lead to the improvement of digital innovation performance, rather the digital skills and competencies of employees play a key moderating role in this relationship. In other words, organizations with employees with high digital skills use their digital readiness more effectively and have better innovative performance. In addition to the confirmation of the main hypothesis, the results of the statistical analysis indicate the confirmation of the sub-hypotheses of the research. These hypotheses have investigated the impact of different variables of digital readiness on the performance of digital innovation. The findings showed that all dimensions of digital readiness, including: 1. organizational structure: As a framework that facilitates decision-making and distribution of resources in the organization, it has a significant impact on the performance of digital innovation. More flexible and dynamic structures allow for more innovation. 2. Organizational culture: organizational culture that is receptive to change and innovation has a significant impact on the success of digital innovations in the organization. Innovative organizational culture helps to adopt new technologies faster and create an environment for employees' creativity. 3. Human power: the skills and capabilities of employees play a decisive role in the success of digital innovations. Expert manpower with digital competencies is able to successfully implement innovative initiatives. 4. Digital strategy: the organization's digital strategies, which are clearly and precisely defined, help guide and advance digital innovations and have a significant impact on digital innovation performance. 5. Digital technologies: access to new digital technologies and their use is one of the important factors in increasing the performance of digital innovation. Organizations with more advanced technologies will be able to provide more innovative products and services. 6. Market: market conditions and opportunities also play an important role in determining the direction and intensity of digital innovations. Competitive markets and demand for digital innovations drive organizations to improve innovation performance. All these variables significantly affect the performance of digital innovation and research findings show that comprehensive and comprehensive digital preparation, along with the digital competencies of employees, can lead to significant improvement of innovation performance in organizations. Conclusion: As employees' digital readiness increases, digital innovation performance also improves, and this relationship is moderated by employees' digital competence. These results can help organizations to provide the infrastructure and environment to promote digital innovation in their organization, with regard to the development of employees' digital competence. By increasing the digital competence of employees, their ability to be flexible and create innovative solutions in the face of challenges also increases. This ability is presented as a commitment to individual and organizational development, and people can create innovative improvements in the organization's processes and products by benefiting from digital tools and technologies. As a result, organizations can significantly improve their digital innovation performance by properly combining the dimensions of digital readiness and digital competency development. Also, paying attention to creating an enthusiastic work environment and encouraging innovative activities can be effective so that employees can improve their digital skills and abilities automatically. Overall, these results show that individual and organizational digital enhancement increases digital innovation and commitment to digital competence, as one of the key factors in this process, can help improve organizational performance.

Abstract: 

This article examines organizational ambidexterity model for digital innovation in the banking industry and explains the dimensions of ambidexterity model in this organization. The approach of the present research is mixed consisting of two phases: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative phase, in order to participate in in-depth exploration from the perspective of the participants, conducting individual interviews is considered as an appropriate method. Semistructured method was adopted based on the purpose of this study. The sampling method is based on a theoretical qualitative approach. The statistical population of the study consists of all employees of Saderat Bank of Iran. At this stage, a 96-item researcher-made questionnaire was developed based on the designed-model and 380 questionnaires were distributed among the staff using clustered sampling method. Technological advancements have led to the creation of innovative products and services across various industries. This has enabled extraordinary transformations in business systems to adapt towards rapid changes, increase the capacity to innovate, reduce costs by utilizing knowledge sources across the organization to excel at a competitive rate. This study identified the dimensions and components of organizational ambidexterity through reviewing the literature of organizational ambidexterity as well as interviewing an expert group and analyzing their viewpoints. Then, by distributing a researcher-made questionnaire and statistical analysis, it examined the research pattern in the current and desirable situation of the organization.
